Here is a "Classic" fast and nutritious casserole for those busy days when dinner needs to be on the table in 30 minutes!
1 can Tuna, drained
2 cups cooked instant rice
1 small can sliced black olives
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Potato Chips, crushed
Spray baking dish with vegetable spray. In a mixing bowl combine, tuna, rice, eggs, onions, olives, milk, soup and Worchestershire sauce, mix well. If mixture is too dry, add a little milk to make a smooth mixture. Pour into the baking dish and cover with crushed potato chips. If you are preparing the casserole ahead of time, leave off the potato chips and refrigerate. When ready to eat, add potato chips and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the potato chips are brown.
This is not your ordinary Tuna Casserole!
